Responsibilities Provide leadership to Managers & staff Develop/retain key talent Collaborate with Sales Manager & GM on key accounts Execute branch business, sales & marketing plans Manage annual goals/budgets, branch reputation, values & vision Manage staffing & employee development Build/maintain relationships with internal/external partners Oversee branch maintenance, security & appearance Qualifications Education in Business, Marketing or related field; education/experience may be considered 3+ years management experience in increasingly responsible roles Exceptional customer service & interpersonal skills In‑depth knowledge of ag industry, John Deere/competitive products Willingness to work flexible hours & travel as needed Valid driver's license Skills & Attributes Results‑oriented, strong work ethic, customer focused Positive attitude, empathetic Self‑aware, high level of EQ Excellent communication, analytical & problem‑solving skills Successful in fast‑paced, high‑growth environment CONNECT with us today We offer continued training to help you thrive & expand your knowledge Our 18 locations offer endless opportunities for you to GROW.
