As Branch Manager you will play an essential role in developing and supporting the business plans, leadership development, and satisfaction of customers for the dealership. You will:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Managers and staff to ensure that all departments are working together to achieve our goals
  • Develop and retain key talent, create vision and excitement focused on customer support and engagement
  • Collaborate with Sales Manager and General Manager on key customer accounts
  • Execute the branch business, sales and marketing plans
  • Manage annual goals and budgets to align with financial and operational objectives
  • Ensure the dealership's reputation and image in the community is consistent with the organization's values, vision, and mission
  • Manage in cooperation with Department Managers and Human Capital recruiting, staffing and employee development
  • Collaborate with all departments to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal departments, external partners, and customers
  • Oversee branch maintenance, security, and professional appearance

You have:

  • Education in Business, Marketing or related field, equivalent education/experience may be considered
  • 3+ years management experience in increasingly responsible roles
  • Experience leading, developing, and motivating others
  • Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge/familiarity with ag industry, John Deere/competitive products
  • Ability to develop and implement business strategies and goals
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed
  • Valid driver's license required
