Overview AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced Information Manager with expertise in site supervision to oversee and manage the project information systems for a large-scale building project in the UAE. The successful candidate will ensure that all project information is accurately captured, processed, and shared across stakeholders, with a particular focus on the site supervision aspects. This role requires deep knowledge of LOD 400 and LOD 500 standards and must be filled by a candidate who is fluent in Arabic, as communication with local teams and stakeholders is key. Your role Information Systems: Set up and maintain systems for handling project documentation, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and schedules. Site Data Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date project data is available for the site team and other stakeholders. Collaborative Communication: Support and facilitate communication across all teams involved in the project, from construction to design to project management. Training and Support: Train site personnel on information management tools, procedures, and standards, including LOD 400/500 specifications and document control protocols. Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to information flow or document management and propose solutions. Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, local regulations, and company policies concerning information management and data privacy. Qualifications Minimum 7 years of experience in information management and site supervision, preferably in large‑scale building and infrastructure projects. Significant experience with LOD 400/500 BIM standards, including managing detailed models for large construction projects. Experience in the UAE or GCC region is highly desirable, with knowledge of local standards, regulations, and construction practices. Previous involvement in the construction and management of building projects is a strong advantage. Must have extensive understanding of 4D & 5D deliverables and related protocols. Drives the strategic planning and management of BIM functions including the production of Asset Information Model (AIM) with the related O&M data by using COBie. Benefits Tax‑free salary.
