This role is suited to a remote senior operator who can drive operational consistency, improve profitability, and ensure that marketing initiatives translate into measurable results across the business. Key Responsibilities Operations Leadership Own day‑to‑day operations across the organization Establish and enforce operating standards, SOPs, and service excellence Implement clear KPIs, reporting cadence, and performance accountability Drive efficiency across staffing, scheduling, inventory, and vendor management Marketing & Growth Execution Partner closely with marketing leadership and external agencies to ensure campaigns are operationally executable Translate marketing initiatives into clear, actionable playbooks for frontline teams Ensure alignment between marketing spend, lead generation, customer acquisition, and operational execution Track and optimise marketing ROI through operational and sales metrics Financial & Performance Management Drive profitability through cost control, productivity improvements, and margin expansion Partner with finance on budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting Use data and analytics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities Build, lead, and develop high‑performing operations teams Establish clear leadership structure, communication rhythm, and accountability Foster a culture of execution, discipline, and continuous improvement Systems, Process & Scalability Optimize systems, tools, and processes to support growth Build scalable operating frameworks to support expansion initiatives Ensure operational readiness for new products, services, and marketing programs Qualifications 10+ years of senior operations leadership experience Strong background in multi‑site or distributed operating environments, retail, health, CPG Experience working closely with marketing teams and executing growth initiatives Strong financial and analytical skills; comfortable managing KPIs and P&Ls Based in or willing to commute within the Greater Toronto Area Ideal Candidate Profile Execution‑focused, commercially minded operator Structured, data‑driven, and decisive Strong people leader with the ability to influence at all levels Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment Additional Context The business operates across multiple locations and requires a leader experienced in driving consistency and performance across a distributed footprint.
