Exciting Work Environment: Be part of a supportive and driven team that shares your passion for excellence. What We're Looking For : Minimum of 2 years RV or Automotive sales experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated with a customer-focused attitude. Job Responsibilities : Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities from our expansive client list. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Present and demonstrate inventory. Must be familiar with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software. To maximize earning potential, willingness to work weekends is required. Compensation : Commission-based pay plan: $150,000 - $250,000 annually. Perks : Canada Life Coverage. Staff Lunch — semi-monthly. Annual Incentive Staff Trip RRSP Matching / Retirement Planning.
