This position is on site at the new location in Glenmore within Kelowna.**Job Description:**Under the direction of the General Manager, the Lifestyle Sales Consultant is responsible for building relationships with prospective residents and their families, guiding them through the decision-making process, and ultimately achieving move-in goals. This role combines sales expertise with a passion for helping seniors find the lifestyle they deserve and ensuring the successful leasing of resort suites.**Key Responsibilities:*** Build and maintain relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral sources.* Conduct tours of the community, showcasing amenities, services, and lifestyle benefits.* Educate potential residents and families about community offerings, care options, and financial details.* Follow up on inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings to maintain engagement and provide information.* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies and outreach campaigns.* Manage and maintain an updated database of leads and contacts, documenting interactions and follow-ups.* Assist in planning and hosting community events and open houses to attract prospective residents.* Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth transitions for new residents.* Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.**Top Perks and Benefits:*** Competitive Benefits Package.* A supportive and collaborative work environment.* Complimentary meal provided during shifts.* Opportunities for professional growth within Regency Retirement Resorts and within Cogir Real Estate (Parent Company with over 370 properties in North America).* The chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors**Now that you know a bit about the role and our perks and benefits, we are eager to learn more about your skills and experience. Here is what we look for.****Education and Experience:*** 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or real estate.* Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking tools.**Skills for Success:*** Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.* Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.* Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about working with seniors and their families.* Be courteous and friendly to visitors and work in a cooperative manner with fellow workers.* Able to plan, organize and direct people and functions.* Mentally and physically able to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.**Salary and Hours of Work*** This is a **Full time position (37.5 hrs per week)** Tuesday-Saturday with some flexibility based on the candidate. to include occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate resident needs and special events.* Wages is a combination of Salary and Sales Commissions.
