As we prepare to scale, we are seeking a highly experienced Fundraising & Investment Advisor to join our advisory board. What You’ll Do Serve as a trusted advisor on fundraising strategy, investor outreach, and capital raising for pre‑seed and seed rounds. Leverage your network of VC, PE, and Angel investors across North America to identify and connect with potential investors. Provide guidance on term sheets, deal structures, valuations, and negotiation strategies. Help position CorTeX effectively in front of investors, highlighting market opportunity, traction, and growth potential. Advise on long‑term fundraising strategies, including follow‑on rounds and strategic investor relationships. Mentor the founding team on investor communications, pitch refinement, and fundraising best practices. Who You Are Deeply connected in the North American VC, PE, and Angel investor ecosystem. Experienced in early‑stage fundraising, ideally across AI, software, or enterprise SaaS startups. Strategic thinker with a strong ability to guide startups through capital raising and investor engagement. Comfortable in an early‑stage startup environment, resourceful, proactive, and hands‑on.
