Your Impact Design electrical systems for power distribution, lighting, communications, fire alarm, and life-safety using Revit and AutoCAD. Develop single-line diagrams, panel schedules, and perform load calculations and coordination studies to ensure safe, efficient systems. Apply codes and standards such as OBC, Ontario Electrical Safety Code, and ASHRAE to deliver compliant, high-quality designs. Collaborate with mechanical and multidisciplinary teams to create integrated solutions for complex projects. Support construction through RFIs, shop drawing reviews, and site visits, ensuring designs translate seamlessly to reality. The Skills That Set You Apart Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. 7+ years of experience delivering electrical design for buildings projects across commercial, retail, and specialty spaces. Advanced proficiency in Revit (mandatory) and AutoCAD; familiarity with lighting calculation tools and power system analysis software is an asset. Strong knowledge of OBC, Ontario Electrical Safety Code, and ASHRAE standards. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and coordinating with diverse stakeholders.
