With people at the heart of everything we do, you will support your high-potential people to grow rewarding careers at Aritzia — while enjoying one yourself.THE ROLEAs the Director, Talent Management, Supply Chain, you will lead the team to:* Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.* Ensure we always have the best Supply Chain talent for our business needs through effective, timely actions.* Ensure we consistently acquire the best Supply Chain talent for the business.* Accelerate productivity and cultural integration with minimal business disruptions.* Direct effective people decisions with accurate assessments of performance and potential.* Maximize and accelerate the growth of high performing Supply Chain talent.* Inspire sustained performance and commitment to Aritzia.* Effectively organize resources to business needs while minimizing wastage.* Drive continued performance and commitment with strategic, smart spending solutions.* Accelerate stabilization and productivity with minimal business disruptions.* Support employees with fair and consistent practices while mitigating undue risk.THE QUALIFICATIONSThe Director, Talent Management, Supply Chain has:* Proven and best-in-class skills, applicable certifications, education and/or experience in: + Broad People & Culture knowledge + Supporting and executing on employee talent lifecycles* A commitment to learn, apply, champion and enrich Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles.* The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes.* The ability to set clear objectives and design a strategy that inspires the team.* A dedication to quality and investing in results and new business opportunities that add value.THE COMPENSATIONThe typical hiring range for this position is $160,000-$180,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.We are always looking for top talent.
