Sr. Business Systems Analyst – TD Securities Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada Hours: 37.5 Line of Business: Technology Solutions Pay: $76,800 – $115,200 CAD Job Description This role reports to the Senior Manager and Pod Product Owner (PO) within the Product Group of the HR Platforms product family. The Analyst will provide specialized business application and system management guidance and support for learning management systems (SumTotal and Thrive). Responsibilities include requirements gathering throughout the application lifecycle, business testing, and supporting business process documentation and user support of the application. Responsibilities Gather requirements, perform business testing, and support business process documentation. Provide user support for learning management systems (SumTotal, Thrive, Degreed). Plan and execute System Integration Tests (SIT), Business Acceptance Tests (BAT), and User Acceptance Tests (UAT). Provide BAU support and day‑to‑day operations process management. Act as escalation point for application and operation issues. Serve as subject‑matter expert for Workday Recruiting platform and related recruiting processes. Qualifications Strong knowledge of the Workday HCM platform and related business processes and security. Experience configuring Workday and participating in complex application development. Experience with LMS configuration: Degreed, SumTotal, Thrive. Integration knowledge: form layouts, data transfer protocols (SFTP, HTTP, HTTPS), SSO (OIDC, SAML), data formats (JSON, XML). Undergraduate degree or technical certificate. 3+ years of relevant experience. Experience with Agile delivery (Scrum). Experience using JIRA, Confluence, and JTMF (Jira Test Management Framework). Nice to Have Workday certifications (HCM, Recruit, Security). Other testing tools (HPALM, HPQC). Experience in Agile delivery (Kanban). Stakeholder management experience with IT/HR owners. Experience And / Or Education Undergraduate degree or technical certificate. 5–7 years of relevant experience. Experience working in Agile (Scrum).
