Role Title: QA Automation Lead - Banking

Work Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Possibility of remote work: No| Hybrid: 2-3 day’s work from office

Contract: Fulltime/Permanent


Job Description:


•7+ years in QA testing and test management (Automation and Manual)

•2+ years in managing software automation projects with either of (Python, Selenium, UFT and Lean FT) tools and technologies Clear written and oral communication and reporting.

•Excellent stakeholder management, risk management, status reporting skills. Experience with Banking Custody applications.

•Experience with Manual testing concepts with Banking applications. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process

•Coordinating with Client lead to understanding requirements, create Manual and test plan.

•Managing team for automation framework and Automation scripts. Monitoring QA automation suite after every QA release and preliminary investigation on issues.

•Work with Dev team for any automation module development. Provide timely status, manage, and report dependencies/risks as appropriate."


Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.

2+ years in managing software automation projects with either of (Python, Selenium, UFT and Lean FT) tools and technologies Clear written and oral communication and reporting.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
