Toronto, ON Employment Type: Full-Time (Hybrid) Compensation: Conditional & negotiable base salary + performance-based commission Earning Potential: Commission up to $6,000-$10,000 per month based on performance Office Location: 1 Dundas St W, Suite , Toronto, ON M5G 1Z3 About the Role EduGlobal Inc. is seeking a results-oriented Admissions Advisor / Sales Representative to support student recruitment and enrollment growth. This position is sales-focused and performance-driven, suited for professionals who are comfortable working with targets and motivated by commission-based earnings. The successful candidate will engage with qualified leads provided by the company, conduct structured consultations, and guide prospective students through the enrollment process. Key Responsibilities Manage inbound and outbound leads provided by the organization Conduct professional consultations by phone, virtual meeting, and in person Present education programs and funding options clearly and ethically Convert qualified prospects into enrolled students Maintain accurate records using CRM systems Meet defined weekly and monthly performance targets Candidate Profile Minimum 1 year of sales experience (education, recruitment, financial services, or related fields preferred) Demonstrated ability to work in a target-driven environment Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills Comfortable with performance-based compensation structures Experience with Ontario student funding programs (OSAP, grants, loans) is considered an asset.
