If our values and work resonate with you, please apply. X/Celerant is seeking several full-time Management Consultants to join our team anywhere in Canada. The Management Consultant will be responsible for coaching shop floor level meetings in a manufacturing setting, installing metrics and LEAN tools. The Consultant will work side by side with the clients to ensure deliverables are met in a timely manner. Responsibilities Coach shop floor level meetings in a manufacturing setting Install metrics and LEAN tools Work side by side with clients to ensure deliverables are met in a timely manner Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in Operations Management Consulting for Senior Consultant roles 5-10 years of experience in Operations Management Consulting for Project Manager and Director roles Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or other related fields Demonstrated experience using LEAN tools in a manufacturing environment Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize duties effectively Experience in data analysis, project management, and/or supply chain management is a plus Demonstrated interest and understanding of operations strategy Authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship 100% travel required Physical requirements: ability to see, hear, and walk through manufacturing sites including some stairs Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Consulting, Information Technology, and Sales Industries: Business Consulting and Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at X/Celerant by 2x.
