The Management Consultant will be responsible for coaching shop floor level meetings in a manufacturing setting, installing metrics and installing LEAN tools. The Consultant will work side by side with the clients to ensure deliverables are met in a timely manner. Experience in these areas is a must. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in Operations Management Consulting for Senior Consultant roles5-10 years of experience in Operations Management Consulting for Project Manager and Director rolesBachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or other related fieldsDemonstrated experience using LEAN tools in a manufacturing environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to work in a team environment and prioritize duties effectivelyExperience in data analysis, project management, and/or supply chain management is a plusDemonstrated interest and understanding of operations strategyAuthorization to work in Canada without sponsorship100% travel requiredPhysical requirements: ability to see, hear, and walk through manufacturing sites including some stairs
