Job Overview: At Creator, we’re building the future of content‑to‑commerce where creators seamlessly turn influence into measurable revenue. AI underpins our platform and long‑term vision, enabling smarter discovery, attribution, optimization, and monetization across the creator ecosystem. We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Head of Product to join our Leadership Team. This role will manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, while contributing to Creator’s broader product strategy and company goals. The ideal candidate has a strong background in SaaS product management, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to navigate a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Craft and communicate a compelling product vision that aligns with Creator’s strategic goals and long‑term AI‑driven roadmap. Contribute to the overall strategic vision of the company as a member of the Leadership team. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and new product opportunities. Keep up‑to‑date on the Creator Economy, Affiliate Marketing, Social Media, and overall Digital Marketing landscape to ensure our product continuously innovates with best‑in‑class features. Partner with the Engineering team on AI‑powered features, including experimentation, automation, and performance optimization. Translate AI capabilities and concepts into clear customer value and product requirements. Help define where and how AI should be applied across the platform to drive differentiation, scale, and measurable outcomes. Roadmap Management: Develop and maintain a clear and prioritized product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals. Communicate product priorities, trade‑offs, and progress to leadership and all teams, ensuring alignment and transparency. Prioritize product features and requirements based on business and customer needs. Product Development: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch. Create detailed product specifications and user stories. Oversee the development process, ensuring milestones are met and the product is delivered on time and within budget. Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions. Conduct user testing and usability studies to refine product features. Translate customer requirements and market insights into clear product specifications and requirements. Act as the voice of the customer within the organization. Performance Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. Analyze product performance data to identify areas for improvement. Make data‑driven decisions to optimize product features and user experience. Leadership & Team Growth: Help build and scale the product and design function, including mentoring and supporting team members as the company grows. Plan and set annual and quarterly goals for the product and design teams, ensuring clear priorities, ownership, and accountability against outcomes. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3‑5 years of experience in product management or a related role in a SaaS company. Experience working within the MarTech, influencer marketing, and/or affiliate landscape preferred. Familiarity with AI‑powered products, data‑driven features, or ML‑enabled platforms. Hands‑on experience collaborating on AI‑related development. Proven experience managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle. Strong understanding of Agile and Lean methodologies. Excellent communication and project management skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams. Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., JIRA). Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Experience in a startup is a plus.
