This role will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch while contributing to Creator’s broader product strategy and company goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS product management, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to navigate a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role requires a strategic thinker who can see the big picture and contribute to the vision while also driving the execution day to day.This role sits within our Leadership Team and is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to accelerate their growth, with ample opportunity to take on new responsibilities and challenges, make meaningful impact within a rapidly growing company.ResponsibilitiesCraft and communicate a compelling product vision that aligns with Creator’s strategic goals and long-term AI-driven roadmapContribute to the overall strategic vision of the company as a member of the Leadership teamConduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and new product opportunitiesKeep up-to-date on the Creator Economy, Affiliate Marketing, Social Media, and overall Digital Marketing landscape to ensure our product continues to innovate with best in class features and benefits.Partner with the Engineering team on AI-powered features, including experimentation, automation, and performance optimizationTranslate AI capabilities and concepts into clear customer value and product requirementsHelp define where and how AI should be applied across the platform to drive differentiation, scale and measurable outcomesRoadmap ManagementDevelop and maintain a clear and prioritized product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goalsCommunicate product priorities, tradeoffs, and progress to leadership, across all teams/departments, external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparencyPrioritize product features and requirements based on business and customer needsProduct DevelopmentCollaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch.Create detailed product specifications and user stories.Oversee the development process, ensuring milestones are met and the product is delivered on time and within budget.Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisionsConduct user testing and usability studies to refine product featuresTranslate customer requirements and market insights into clear product specifications and requirementsAct as the voice of the customer within the organizationPerformance MonitoringDefine and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.Analyze product performance data to identify areas for improvementMake data-driven decisions to optimize product features and user experienceLeadership & Team GrowthHelp build and scale the product and design function, including mentoring and supporting team members as the company growsPlan and set annual and quarterly goals for the product and design teams, ensuring clear priorities, ownership and accountability against outcomesRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field3-5 years of experience in product management or a related role in a SaaS company.Experience working within the MarTech, influencer marketing and/or affiliate landscape preferred.Familiarity with AI-powered products, data-driven features, or ML-enabled platformsHands-on experience collaborating on AI-related developmentProven experience managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.Strong understanding of Agile and Lean methodologies.Excellent communication and project management skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Proficiency with product management tools (ex.
