Lead multiple Field Leads and field teams across concurrent sites Develop daily and weekly work plans for milestones Ensure compliance with OSHA and site safety requirements Allocate labor, equipment, materials, and on-site budgets Track schedule, budget, quality, safety, and efficiency metrics Requirements:
Five-plus years in field operations or related industries At least two years in supervisory or multi-site leadership Experience managing schedules, subcontractors, logistics, and budgets OSHA 30 certification required or obtainable within specified timeframe Weekly regional travel, overnight travel, and occasional nationwide travel Bring multi-site leadership, safety expertise, and operational coordination to Exodigo’s traveling field supervisor team across the United States.
