Key Responsibilities
Lead multiple Field Leads and field teams across concurrent project sites Develop daily and weekly work plans for project milestones Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, trade partners, and site logistics Manage labor, equipment, materials, and on-site budgets Track safety, quality, schedules, budgets, and operational performance
Requirements:
Five-plus years in field operations or related industries Two-plus years supervising teams or leading multiple sites OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain it Experience managing schedules, subcontractors, logistics, and budgets Weekly regional travel, overnight travel, and occasional nationwide travel Bring multi-site leadership, safety expertise, and operational coordination to Exodigo’s traveling Field Lead Supervisor team across the United States. #J-18808-Ljbffr
