RM of Springfield Utility Asset Coordinator

Maximize municipal asset utility as the Utility Projects & Asset Management Coordinator at RM of Springfield in Oakbank. Direct crucial projects and develop strategic asset management initiatives. In this pivotal position, you will report to the Manager of Water & Waste and support the Senior Management Team. This role emphasizes the strategic management of assets, ensuring maximal efficiency and adherence to planned objectives.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate the Asset Management Plan and registry updates
• Lead field assessments and conduct life cycle cost analyses
• Facilitate the Asset Management Committee’s functions
• Develop infrastructure integrity reports and annual assessments
• Liaise with external partners for infrastructure projects

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Civil Engineering/Technology
• 3-5 years experience in municipal asset management
• Proficient in asset management software and GIS
• Strong analytical skills in Excel and databases
• Valid Class 5 Manitoba driver’s license Deliver impactful solutions for RM of Springfield's asset management and utility projects in this role.
