Establish and govern the Enterprise Change Council Evaluate portfolio collisions, sequencing conflicts, and saturation points Develop enterprise change and transformation strategies Coach leaders and guide visible change sponsorship Monitor change fatigue through analytical approaches Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, human resources, or related field Advanced change management certification such as Prosci or ACMP Eight or more years of progressive leadership experience Experience leading enterprise modernization or human resources transformations Bilingual English and French communication skills Bring enterprise governance, strategic communication, and workforce transformation leadership to CBC/Radio-Canada’s modernization agenda.
