Key Responsibilities
• Prepare accurate financial reports for construction projects
• Track and monitor project costs against budgets
• Collaborate with project managers for financial analysis
• Manage accounts payable and receivable for projects
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting for upcoming projects
Requirements:
• Experience in financial management in property or construction
• Familiarity with on-site project operations
• Skills in financial reporting, budgeting, and cost tracking
• Proficiency in CMIC, Jonas, or Procore
