- Track and monitor project costs against budgets
- Collaborate with project managers for financial analysis
- Manage accounts payable and receivable for projects
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting for upcoming projects
- Experience in financial management in property or construction
- Familiarity with on-site project operations
- Skills in financial reporting, budgeting, and cost tracking
- Proficiency in CMIC, Jonas, or Procore
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
