Purolator, Canada's leading logistics provider, seeks an experienced Licensed Industrial Electrician with a 442A certification for its Ontario Hub. You will maintain, diagnose, and repair complex electrical systems, including PLCs and automated equipment, while adhering to safety standards. Strong skills in troubleshooting and documenting technical knowledge are essential for efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities: • Install and maintain electrical components of automated conveyor systems • Diagnose and repair faults in electrical equipment and systems • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on PLC-controlled systems • Interpret schematics and technical manuals for troubleshooting • Support MHE teams and prepare detailed reports
Requirements: • Licensed Industrial Electrician Certificate (442A) required • 3-5 years of automated maintenance experience • Proficiency in PLC systems and Siemens programming • Experience with maintenance management software • Physical capability to work in tight spaces and perform emergency repairs
