Own daily development management and act as senior client counterpart Administer contracts and formally document decisions and correspondence Manage consultants, design scope, schedules, quality, and change orders Build the Project Execution Plan and maintain decision logs Track KPIs and report schedule, budget, design, and relationship health Requirements:
15–20+ years in development or construction management Institutional, public-sector, or corporate project experience exceeding $300M Knowledge of CCDC contracts and Development Agreements Experience managing architects and multidisciplinary consultant teams Excellent written communication and English fluency required Apply institutional development expertise, consultant leadership, contract administration, and documentation discipline to Broccolini’s high-profile project.
