Asana is looking for a skilled Third Party Risk Management Lead to enhance its TPRM program. In this role, you will oversee vendor assessments, manage ongoing monitoring, and facilitate effective risk management processes. Key collaboration will occur with Procurement, Legal, and Engineering teams to ensure all vendor relationships are secure and compliant.
Key Responsibilities: • Own and scale the Third Party Risk Management program • Conduct vendor security assessments and due diligence • Drive remediation efforts for identified risks • Manage ongoing continuous monitoring for third-party vendors • Lead review of security provisions in vendor contracts
Requirements: • 5+ years in third-party risk management or related field • Strong knowledge of TPRM frameworks and security standards • Proven experience in vendor assessments and documentation review • Solid understanding of security principles for B2B SaaS • Excellent communication skills for technical reporting
