Lead major real estate development files through all phases Direct consultants and construction teams toward quality project delivery Coordinate proforma quality control with Finance Develop broker networks for target-market site acquisitions Manage lease negotiations and property dispositions Requirements:
Minimum 10 years’ relevant real estate or construction experience Experience working on Life Sciences project portfolios Strong legal, negotiation, and business acumen Understanding of proformas and bridge financing Excellent analytical and team leadership skills Bring strategic development leadership, financial discipline, and Life Sciences experience to Broccolini’s real estate portfolio and projects.
