Miratech is seeking an experienced consultant to join their global team. You will analyze current organizational structures, conduct gap assessments, and create an actionable RACI Matrix. This role emphasizes identifying capability gaps, recommending new roles, and defining the transition approach to achieve the target state.
Key Responsibilities: • Document the current-state organisation and roles • Conduct thorough organisational design analysis • Build the Organisational RACI Matrix for content lifecycle • Define the target knowledge management operating model • Produce role profiles and resourcing requirements
Requirements: • 8+ years in organisational design or consulting • Proven experience with organisational deliverables • Strong stakeholder engagement at executive levels • Ability to work in part-time, focused engagements • Eligibility for Government of Canada security clearance
