Ideal candidates should possess construction project coordination experience and a willingness to learn glazing processes. This position offers mentorship from experienced leaders, paving a structured pathway toward a Project Manager role in one to three years.
Key Responsibilities: • Assist in the full lifecycle of glazing projects • Maintain project documentation and submittals • Build and update project schedules while identifying issues • Track project costs against the approved budget • Communicate with clients and contractors to ensure project flow
Requirements: • 1-4 years of construction project coordination experience • Ability to read architectural drawings and specifications • Proficient in Excel and project management software • Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills • Desire to advance into Project Manager role
