Drive the operating rhythm. You will facilitate governance meetings, working sessions, prioritization forums, and sprint demos, bringing structure and accountability to how work progresses. You will ensure decisions, actions, risks, dependencies, and blockers are visible, documented, and followed through to resolution.
Coordinate delivery and release readiness. You will track progress across VAS, Product, Engineering, and other teams, proactively identifying issues and escalating blockers when needed. You will coordinate testing and UAT, prepare business users for new capabilities, and capture post-release feedback to help inform future priorities.
