Key Responsibilities: • Maintain secure development and test environments • Troubleshoot technical incidents and performance issues • Promote updates and deploy software packages efficiently • Coordinate regular maintenance and system upgrades • Ensure alignment between non-production and production environments
Requirements: • 5+ years of IT support experience required • Strong skills in Windows Server, SQL, and PowerShell • Familiar with software development lifecycle practices • Proven ability to work independently and in teams • Excellent communication skills are crucial
