Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement strategic operational plans • Lead budgeting processes for the Registrar’s Office • Coordinate convocation planning and execution • Oversee HR operations and staffing strategies • Ensure compliance with financial and operational policies
Requirements: • Degree in a relevant field (Business, HR, etc.) • 5-7 years in a senior management capacity • Demonstrated results in financial analysis and reporting • Strong skills in project management and negotiation • Experience with administrative services in a large organization
