At AMD, you'll play a critical role as a Verification Engineer, working within a team focused on modern IP architectures and complex digital designs. Your expertise in verification and strong problem-solving skills will be pivotal as you engage with architecture, design, and product teams. This hybrid role emphasizes teamwork and communication across various engineering disciplines.
Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with architects and hardware engineers • Develop comprehensive test plan documentation • Code IP or SS level UVM based testbenches • Build directed and random verification tests • Run regressions and debug test failures
Requirements: • Experience in IP level ASIC verification • Proficient in Verilog and System Verilog • Skilled in developing UVM based verification frameworks • Scripting knowledge in Python or Perl • Strong communication skills and team collaboration experience
