Key Responsibilities: • Execute demolition safely on affected structures • Efficiently set up and monitor drying equipment • Restore areas impacted by water-related incidents • Complete all assigned restoration tasks • Support emergency mitigation efforts as necessary
Requirements: • Minimum 1 year in construction or related field • Experience in demolition and property maintenance preferred • Strong mechanical skills and readiness to learn • Ability to manage time in fast-paced settings • Clear communication skills in English
