In this role, you will be responsible for developing a highly efficient Inventory Control team through effective hiring and training methods. Your position will involve implementing and refining inventory strategies to ensure compliance and enhance overall efficiency. Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams will be critical to supporting the factory’s operational goals.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead recruitment and retention strategies for the team • Implement performance management and development initiatives • Facilitate effective team communication and meetings • Manage operational costs and drive improvement initiatives • Optimize inventory accuracy and material flow processes
Requirements: • 10+ years of experience in related fields required • 5+ years leadership or supervisory experience preferred • Familiarity with Warehouse Management and SAP systems • Ability to deliver measurable results in operations • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
