As an LPN at Verve Senior Living, you will play a critical role in supporting residents' independence and well-being. Collaborating closely with the Health & Wellness Manager, you'll lead resident care initiatives and guide your team in providing exceptional service. Your previous LPN experience will contribute to creating a comfortable and safe atmosphere for our seniors.
Key Responsibilities: • Participate in resident assessments and care plan organization • Supervise care provided by attendants according to resident needs • Distribute medications and provide treatments per care protocols • Maintain accurate documentation of nursing observations • Lead initiatives that support resident independence and wellness
Requirements: • Valid LPN license in good standing with BC College of Nurses • Emergency First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications • Strong communication skills in English • Proven leadership abilities in a healthcare setting • Computer proficiency in Word and Excel
