Key Responsibilities
• Ensure accuracy of policy document information
• Interact with clients and banking personnel
• Direct incoming inquiries to appropriate contacts
• Support Underwriters with operational tasks
• Create reports for team performance analysis
Requirements:
• College Diploma or Degree in related field
• 5 years of relevant underwriting experience
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workflows
