Key Responsibilities
• Direct all aspects of warehouse day-to-day functions
• Empower a dedicated workforce of over 300 employees
• Ensure same-day shipping and high levels of customer care
• Maintain safety and operational accuracy
• Implement and monitor performance metrics
Requirements:
• High school diploma mandatory; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on warehouse management experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with warehouse management systems is beneficial
• Proven ability to lead substantial teams Contribute to operational excellence at Uline by leading its warehouse strategy.
