SAGE Engineering Services Ltd. is seeking a Project Manager with 6-8 years of experience in pharmaceutical engineering. This role focuses on managing medium-sized projects while ensuring project objectives are met within budget and time constraints. Strong leadership and hands-on experience in design and validation are essential to thrive in this supportive, collaborative setting.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage relationships with existing and potential clients • Plan and oversee project activities and staffing • Direct project personnel towards successful completion • Prepare status reports and dashboard metrics • Provide technical advice and mentorship to team members
Requirements: • Engineering degree (mechanical, chemical, electrical, industrial) • P.Eng. status or progress towards it in Ontario • 6-8 years in pharmaceutical engineering • Expertise in project management methodologies • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
