¢ Oversee a $1M portfolio of major gift donors â€
¢ Create customized donor engagement strategies â€
¢ Collaborate with colleagues on fundraising projects â€
¢ Produce high-quality donor proposals and reports â€
¢ Manage data accuracy within the CRM platform
Requirements:

¢ 3-5+ years of relevant fundraising experience â€
¢ Exceptional writing and proposal development skills â€
¢ Strong relationships with high-net-worth donors â€
¢ Experience with pipeline management using Salesforce â€
