Become a Coach at True North Sports Camps, leading summer sports activities for children in Toronto. Your engaging leadership will contribute to a vibrant camp community and athletic development. In this role, you will work across various locations in Toronto, guiding kids aged 2 to 14 through enriching sports experiences. The position demands both skills in teaching and a commitment to ensuring that every kid thrives in a safe, fun environment. From creating lesson plans to playing games, your involvement is key to camper satisfaction and growth.

Key Responsibilities

¢ Directly lead skill sessions for your group â€
¢ Ensure a safe, inclusive camp atmosphere â€
¢ Execute lesson plans and sports drills effectively â€
¢ Document weekly evaluations of camper participation â€
¢ Organize large team games and activities

Requirements:

¢ Age requirement: must be at least 16 by December 31, 2026 â€
¢ Must attend June staff training â€
¢ Previous coaching or instructional experience preferred â€
¢ Excellent communication and leadership abilities â€
