WCB Alberta is seeking an Occupational Therapist I for a permanent, full-time position at Millard Health. As part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will deliver assessment, interventions, and tailored treatment across various rehabilitation programs. Your experience can enhance the lives of injured workers in Alberta, ensuring they receive fair and effective support.
Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with community providers and specialists • Develop and deliver personalized treatment programs • Conduct assessments and provide education to clients • Perform functional capacity evaluations in various settings • Adapt to work within different areas of rehabilitation
Requirements: • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy • Eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Occupational Therapists • Preferred experience in occupational rehabilitation or mental health • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Valid Alberta Driver’s license for travel to off-site services
