In this hands-on role, you will oversee solution architecture and delivery for Billing and Maintenance products. With a focus on modernization and client experience, you will lead cross-vendor teams in applying AI and automation to enhance operational efficiency. This is not merely a managerial position; you will remain deeply involved in the technical aspects of the solutions being developed.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end solution design and delivery • Drive AI-assisted engineering practices across the team • Serve as the application and solution architecture lead • Provide direction to vendor development teams • Establish engineering standards for code quality
Requirements: • 8+ years of software engineering experience • 3+ years in a technical leadership role • Proficient in Java/Spring or equivalent • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud-native applications • Strong understanding of DevOps practices
