Engage with students and families, providing valuable support in overcoming educational challenges. You'll be responsible for organizing schedules and designing personalized learning programs while adhering to the Oxford Learning philosophy. Work closely with the Centre Director and collaborate with staff members to create a nurturing and effective learning environment.
Key Responsibilities: • Inform parents about available learning programs • Coordinate student and teacher schedules • Execute student assessments to track progress • Create and implement effective learning programs • Establish community ties with schools and local organizations
Requirements: • Minimum university degree essential • Experience in education with medium to large groups • Strong skills in customer service and communication • Proficient in MS Office and online platforms • Knowledge of secondary mathematics preferred
