Key Responsibilities: • Establish long-term relationships with Indigenous stakeholders • Develop frameworks for community engagement and consultation • Collaborate with teams on Indigenous matter integration • Advise on strategic Indigenous engagement issues • Champion reconciliation principles within the company
Requirements: • Relevant Bachelor’s degree required • 10+ years in government or community relations • Proven experience with Indigenous partnership building • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks • Ability to travel across Canada
