In this pivotal role, JD Sports is looking for a candidate with a solid retail management background of at least 5 years. You will be responsible for boosting sales, developing your team, and ensuring the store meets visual standards set by merchandising. Your ability to analyze data and improve in-store strategies will enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead the sales team to meet or exceed targets • Build customer rapport and develop community culture • Set schedules and assign daily tasks to employees • Optimize inventory management to increase sales • Train staff on e-commerce sales and operations
Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of retail management experience • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication abilities • Experience in data analysis and Excel • Enthusiastic about fashion and sportswear
