As a Procurement Administrator, you will be integral to the procurement process, working closely with project and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of critical materials. This position fits candidates with 1-3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative roles, and offers opportunities to engage with various suppliers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: • Process receiving documentation within the inventory system • Prepare and issue purchase orders accurately • Assist in evaluating vendor Requests for Proposals (RFPs) • Compare supplier quotations for best value and quality • Track deliveries and support internal communications
Requirements: • 1–3 years of procurement or administrative experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel • Knowledge of inventory management systems • Attention to detail and strong communication skills • Experience with ERP systems, Acumatica is a plus
