Key Responsibilities
• Assist in developing and communicating the strategic plan
• Conduct strategic analyses for informed decision-making
• Support the implementation of a rolling 3-year plan
• Establish tools for project performance monitoring
• Facilitate project and change management processes
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in health administration, business management, or related field
• Five years of experience in strategic planning or execution
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an asset
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team Drive strategic initiatives and enhance organizational effectiveness at PACE through collaboration and clear execution plans.
