Key Responsibilities: • Conduct training sessions for restaurant operations and food safety • Create coaching plans based on operational metrics • Lead workshops for leadership and staff development • Assist with all phases of new store openings • Provide operational support during the post-opening phase
Requirements: • 3–5 years in restaurant operations or training • Strong ability to engage with diverse teams • Demonstrated coaching experience in a multi-unit setting • Proficient in necessary technologies and software • Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel
