Bakery Operations Manager Position

In this on-site role, you will plan, evaluate, and direct daily operations at the bakery. Supervise a dedicated team of 3-4 staff members, ensuring that all customer requests and complaints are addressed promptly. Take ownership of supplier relationships and merchandise selection to keep the bakery’s offerings fresh and appealing.
Key Responsibilities: • Organize and direct daily bakery functions • Evaluate operational effectiveness regularly • Determine product offerings and stock • Resolve customer concerns and supply issues • Supervise hiring and staff performance evaluations
Requirements: • Completion of secondary school education • Minimum of 2 years of experience in bakery management • Specialty in bakery goods and desserts • Ability to manage a small team • Must work on-site with no remote flexibility
