You will collaborate with management, union leaders, and employees to address grievances, facilitate bargaining processes, and administer collective agreements. Your leadership will bolster growing initiatives for performance management and employee advancement.
Key Responsibilities

¢ Oversee grievance and arbitration handling for HRCE â€
¢ Conduct and negotiate contracts with union representatives â€
¢ Administer and manage collective agreements â€
¢ Develop performance management systems for staff â€
¢ Support professional development initiatives across the organization
Requirements:

¢ Bachelor's degree in human resources or similar field â€
¢ Minimum three years of experience in labour relations â€
¢ Background in unionized organizations is essential â€
¢ Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite â€
¢ Strong leadership and communication skills required Enhance HRCE's commitment to education by leveraging your labour relations capabilities.
